Describe the event in your own words. An AI agent guides you from the first idea to choosing suppliers: it suggests venues and services listed on Moomble, builds the plan with date, guests, area and budget, and prepares quote requests. Every decision is saved in your private area.

Each event has its own private area, in five parts:

  • Event: type, dates and periods, multi-day events included
  • To do: deadlines worked out from the date, with reminders and notes
  • Guests: the list with groups and plus-ones, matched to the replies
  • Budget: costs per supplier, including those not on Moomble
  • Invitation: the event website, in more than one language too

From the venues and services you choose, you can request a quote from several businesses at once. Replies arrive in Moomble's messages and your email address stays private.

The event website, free

Coming soon

Every event gets a website to send to guests. It opens from a link or a printable QR code, with no sign-up, and it does not appear in search engines. The organiser chooses what to show:

  • RSVP with allergies and dietary needs, downloadable as a spreadsheet
  • a gallery where guests upload photos and videos of the day
  • the programme, the dress code with its colours, the menu and FAQs
  • a gift list with ideas, links or bank details
  • an add-to-calendar button and directions
  • private messages and voice messages for the organiser
  • an anonymous “How did it go?” form after the party

For people organising an event

Searching, comparing and contacting is free. With an account you can save favourite listings and find them on any device. The event website will be free too.

For venues and suppliers

Every business has a listing with photos, videos, event examples, features and service area. The Base plan is free.

  • Visibility: near the top of the results for people organising an event in your area, and more visible on the map.
  • No middleman: requests reach you directly, on Moomble or by email. No commission on what you close.
  • Protected contacts: phone, email, website and socials are shown on a click, only to people who are genuinely interested. Less spam, and every view is counted.
  • Statistics: visits, where users come from and contact requests, day by day.
  • Partnerships: your listing appears on those of the professionals you work with, and theirs on yours.
  • Event examples: events you have already delivered, with photos, videos and price, browsable full screen.
  • Ready for Google and AI: the listing is structured to be read by search engines and assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
  • Suggested by the AI assistant: Moomble's AI includes your listing in its proposals for people planning an event.Coming soon

For people organising an event, yes: searching, comparing and contacting costs nothing, and the same will apply to the event website. Businesses have a free Base plan and paid plans with more visibility.

What is the event website?

How do I contact a venue or a supplier?
From its listing, using the contact details or the information request form. The message goes straight to the business.
How are results ordered?
By how closely a listing matches what is being searched for. When relevance is equal, listings on a Plus, Pro or Premium plan appear higher, in that order.
How does a business get listed on Moomble?
By signing up as a supplier and creating the listing. The Base plan is free.
